  We have been owners at this resort since 1998. During that time, the maintenance fees increased over 300%. In 2013 we were hit with an outrageous demand that we pay the resort a huge renovation fee or an even more outrageous amount to get out of the contract. We have been very disappointed by the management of the resort. The last 4 years dealing with Sunchasers Vacation Villas has been a nightmare.
